Online Training: Leadership by Design

2 days until event begins

What you will learn

Become a cultural hero in your organization or campaign!

Have you ever had an inspiring idea, that no one else quite "got"? Have you ever seen potential in a person that they didn't see in themselves, or in an organization that didn't deliver on it? Have you ever managed someone who has pure intentions and exciting ideas, but never followed through?

These are fundamental questions and common challenges for managers, leaders, and founders of organizations. What often seems out of your control, however, has more to do with the language you're using, than with local political culture or election cycles.

John King, the Co-Author of Tribal Leadership, will join us for a special first webinar on what he calls cultural architecture, and what you can do to shape it - regardless of your title or seniority in an organization. John's training has influenced everyone from corporate managers to political leaders around the world.

In a conversational format we will discuss:
  • The five stages (and languages) of Tribal Leadership
  • How people talk and form relationships inside of organizational cultures
  • Two main types of human relationships or networks, and how you can shift them
  • The difference between management and leadership
  • How to design and pitch a strategy for any project
Get ready for a paradigm-shifting conversation on communication, leadership, and activism that create new possibilities for your organization!

“Leaders make something possible, extraordinary leaders make something inevitable” - John King
